Balanced Training and Practice
Research shows that missionaries need training in spiritual vitality, relational maturity, and ministry effectiveness to be faithful and fruitful on the field.
Each week you will be trained in a critical topic within one of these critical categories by experienced trainers from around the world. We emphasize practicing what you learn right away during the DTC.
Discipleship Mentors
We seek to provide experienced, heart-language mentors for you to process how God is shaping you through community, the content, and hands-on ministry.
Church Planting Training
You will receive foundational training in church planting principles and exposure and hands-on practice with a variety of different church-planting approaches.
We focus on spiritual and character formation – inward before outward, private before public.
We value and celebrate the diversity of Christ’s global Body – and desire to learn how to serve as a unified family on the mission field.
We believe learning happens best in reflective communities of practice.
